A message from our CEO Henry Whale

Following the Government’s announcement on 31st October to re-enter a National lockdown in England this week, I wanted to update you on the customer services available at our Rybrook Centre’s from Thursday 5th November.

Aftersales

Following an extensive period of implementing enhanced safety measures and new processes for re-opening earlier this year our aftersales departments will continue to offer a full range of service, MOT and repair work by appointment. Our teams have operated under these conditions before and will continue to ensure the necessary safety measures are in place. Sales in England

Our sales showrooms and external car display areas in England will not be open from 5thNovember until further notice. Our sales teams will be available for online and telephone appointments and can assist you through the sales process from start to finish remotely. You can request personalised videos of any of our vehicles on site, tailored to your requirements or if you prefer a live video consultation. We will process payments and documents online. Vehicle handover and collections will be available by appointment and will be contactless, although they will be conducted outside of our Centre’s. Home delivery will continue to operate, subject to availability, and be compliant with all the necessary safety measures in place.

Sales in Wales

Our Land Rover Conwy Centre will continue to follow Welsh Government guidance and at this time it is anticipated that the sales showroom will re-open for appointments on Monday 9th November, with aftersales in continued operation.

As we are open for business our teams are available to handle your sales and aftersales enquiries via telephone, email or live chat and our websites are fully functional with the ability to book a service or MOT online and request a remote appointment.

We very much appreciate your continued support and understanding in these challenging times and please be assured that all of our Centre’s are Covid-19 Secure. Our commitment remains to help and assist you with your ongoing sales and service needs and we look forward to re-opening our showrooms in the not too distant future.
